POSTPONE

14th Disciples Escoffier International Congress

Dear Friends Disciples,

Unfortunately, the health situation in the world is not improving and the Magistral Council has decided to postpone the dates for the Young Talents Escoffier competition and the international meetings which were to take place from April 1st to 3rd, 2022 in Nice.

Depending on the evolution of the health situation, we will take a decision at the end of February on a further postponement of our international meetings in Nice. We could consider either the month of June 2022 or the year 2023.

The objective of our meetings is to allow disciples from all over the world to meet for three days, to discover a region or a country, to taste its gastronomy and to meet partners and producers.
The health uncertainties and the impossibility for many disciples to go to Nice impose this decision on us.

We thank all the organizers and disciples who have worked hard for the success of these meetings. Thank you to our institutional partners, hoteliers, restaurateurs, producers and suppliers who have been following us for almost two years in this project.

We hope to tell you soon.
