The magisterial council sought International Congress to commemorate this event and garner recognition from the country where Auguste Escoffier was born and where our association is based.

Our birthday celebration at the Quai d’Orsay, under the high patronage of the President of the French Republic, is a notable event.
This acknowledgment stems from your efforts in the nations where we collaborate with the French Embassies and Consulates.
