Institut Disciples Escoffier, affiliated to Disciples Escoffier International, was founded in honour of the legendary "King of Chefs, Chef of Kings" Auguste Escoffier. Our mission is to perpetuate his culinary legacy by training the next generation of passionate chefs, while remaining at the forefront of innovation in the world of gastronomy.
