A word from Nicolas Sale
Dear Disciples, Dear Friends,
I was happy to be the tenth chef of the Ritz for 6 years since our Master Auguste Escoffier, and to have been able to bring ⭐️⭐️ and ⭐️ Michelin stars with my teams.
We had the honour and privilege of participating in this mythical reopening.
After my departure from this establishment, at the end of March 2021, I will be able to dedicate myself even more to our beautiful association which is so dear to my heart.
First of all by continuing to share with you what unites us: the Escoffier Spirit, but also by helping you to continue and develop our actions in order to convey these values that are so dear to us.
One page turns and another will open soon...
In the meantime, take care of yourselves and your loved ones.
Rose Escoffier® Meizasmyne
We are pleased to present you the Rose Auguste Escoffier® Meizasmyne.
This delicate flower in Peach Melba colors and the sweet scent of almond was officially unveiled on September 12 at Villeneuve Loubet on the occasion of the Fêtes Gourmandes Escoffier in the presence of the Mayor of the city Lionnel Luca, our Honorary President and President of the Escoffier foundation, the great-grandson of the Master, Michel Escoffier, of the godmother of the event, the head chef of the Negresco and Disciple, Virginie Basselot, of Matthias Meilland, of the Meilland house, as well as many officials and Disciples of the region.
Based on an original idea from Marie Christine Giblot Ducray, President South Africa, Bernard-Louis Jaunet International Secretary General, Dominique Charpentier, Administrator of the Foundation and Michel Escoffier, this Rose has been wonderfully crafted and created by the emblematic Meilland house.
At the request of the International Board, Meilland has agreed to offer our European Disciples friends the purchase of this wonderful Rose at a promotional price. A 20% discount will be reserved for them from 40 € of purchase excluding shipping costs. For all orders from October 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021. Discount valid only once.

The Escoffier Museum of Culinary Art
The Private Museum of Culinary Art, unique in France, was inaugurated in his birthplace in 1966. It presents a complete panorama of the world of French cuisine.
Discover the charm of an authentic 18th century village house, full of memories and built around the family hearth.
Ten exhibition rooms are organized over 300 sqm: Old stoves, Provencal vegetable garden, collection of menus, sugar and chocolate sculptures, master's office and library, and an interactive space for children.
Despite the current health situation which forces the Escoffier Museum to keep its doors closed to the public until further notice, the teams are mobilizing to keep this establishment, which is so dear to so many Disciples, alive.
Thanks mainly to animations on social networks with a tasty combination of games, discoveries of artworks, recipes of chefs or ideas outings.

The Escoffier Museum of Culinary Art and the Disciples Escoffier
Transmission and sharing were at the heart of Auguste Escoffier's concerns. During his 60 years of exceptional career, he has never stopped training future generations (around 2000 cooks). He wanted his heritage to be part of the evolution of gastronomy:
“Cooking, without ceasing to be an art, will become scientific and will have to submit its formulas, empirical too often still, to a method and a precision which will leave nothing to chance. “(Auguste Escoffier).
Today, two associations are used to anchor this culinary heritage in our society.
