Alone we go faster,
but together we go further

As the summer quickly comes upon us, it brings plenty of new opportunities to gather together!

This month, let's find out what these 6 international zones' current events.

Zone France - Normandie Grand Ouest Delegation

Disciples Escoffier Normandie Grand Ouest discovering the beauty of Normandy

The Disciples Escoffier of the Normandie Grand Ouest delegation had the joy of meeting again for a beautiful moment, on June 1st, thanks to a magnificent day of discovering wild herbs and plants.
They were first received that day by their friend, fellow Disciple and specialist Alain Hastain and his wife Geneviève who had them discover (or rediscover!)  all these plants in this beautiful Normandy countryside.
They were then warmly welcomed by their Disciples hosts, Annie and Pascal Guérard, producers of Safran and Yuzu at the Safran de Normandie for a picnic.

Then, to finish the day, a visit and tasting at Disciple Marie Laure Leplat's, producer of Calvados in Montabard.

Discovery, sharing, transmission, community and friendship, our Norman friends have the Escoffier spirit!!
In the words of Christian Girault their president and Jacques Collet the secretary at the end of this beautiful day: Long live The Disciples Escoffier. "Alone we go faster, but together we go further".
