XIth  International Congress in Zürich

On the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of March 2018 will take place in Zürich the XIth International Congress. It’s organized by Pierre Alain Favre, President Country Switzerland and International Vice President for Europe, tremendously supported by his energetic team. Together, they have concocted a program that already looks very “Gourmand”.

The Disciples Escoffier International at the Chefs World Summit 2017
